Chamomile, the sun’s herb, notice how the shape of the flower's petals reflect that of the beaming sun. One of mankind's most ancient “all purpose" herbs, Chamomile flower has long been regarded for it's ability to be a natural remedy for those who suffer from insomnia . Just a few sips in and you will already begin to feel the induction of the soothing effects setting in. Many studies have shown that Chamomile tea will not only kick illnesses to the curb, but also work as a great preventive measure because of the antimicrobial properties. Chamomile tea has pain-relieving and antispasmodic properties. Chamomile is associated with purification, protection, sleep, and meditation. It is used in magical formulas to help protect the body, mind and spirit from negative energies and forces.
