Our Story

Sip N' Trip Tea House is a tangible manifestation of a great deal of personal rootwork.  I am drawing upon my ancestral heritage to reimagine traditional medicinal teas .

Here we are digging deep and getting messy in order to change the frame work of society by refocusing the healing lens on one’s mental well being .

Sip N’ Trip Tea House is a 100% Indigenous owned and operated company .

All of our ingredients are locally grown/sourced or foraged for personally by yours truly  ! There is never any artificial flavoring, chemical additives or animal by products used in any of our blends.

Most of our blends with exception of the *Chai blend are caffeine free !
